Exigence is essentially why the author decide to create his work. An example of this our technical proposal project, where our exigence was the wildfires in California and how the connection that emergency responders had for communication for often slow and inconsistent. So we came up with the idea for 5g connection and our LiteSpeed app to provide fast and reliable communication for emergency responders.
